How it worksA licensed provider owns every clinical decision. A licensed 503A pharmacy fills the order. You keep the relationship and never touch inventory.
History, medications, goals and consent. The client fills it in on their own device.
A licensed provider approves or declines, and sets the dose. Most reviews finish within 24 hours.
A licensed U.S. 503A pharmacy, matched to the client's state, prepares the order.
Straight to their door in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing passes through your hands.
The card is charged once the order is approved and the prescription is written. If the provider declines, the order is not charged. Hormone therapy always starts with a live visit with a licensed provider.
You enroll, support and explain. You do not diagnose, prescribe, set or change a dose, or approve a client. That stays with the provider, which is why the model works.
Three ways to serve clientsEach pathway has its own legal structure. Keeping them separate is what keeps your practice clean, and each one fits a different client need.
Compounded GLP-1s, peptides and hormones, prescribed for a named patient.
Your own branded research use only store. A retail purchase with no prescription and no provider.
Bloodwork, biomarkers and genetics, ordered and reviewed by a licensed provider.
A client who has seen their own baseline understands why the program is built the way it is. Labs are the simplest pathway to explain and the easiest first conversation with a new client.
The RUO store and the prescription pathway never mix. RUO materials are never positioned for human use, and the store is never presented as a cheaper version of a prescription.
Current as of October 2026Every price is a one month supply, medication only.
Charged once per order, not per medication. Stack a protocol and the fees barely move.
Current as of October 2026Hormones ship as 60 or 90 day fills, so prices are per fill, medication only. Every hormone patient starts with a live visit with a licensed provider, who sets the protocol and orders labs as needed.
$18 to $23 per order. One charge covers a cream and capsules on the same order.
As of September 24, 2026We confirm current rules before any client is onboarded, so you never promise a client something their state does not allow.
46 states and DC have the full catalog. OH, MS and SC have the GLP-1 line, with most peptides restricted. AL has most of the catalog, including GLP-1s, restricted. State rules change, which is why we check before onboarding.

Good to know. Medication prices are current as of October 5, 2026. Compounded medication pricing can change, so confirm the current price when you order. All medications require a prescription. Independent licensed providers make every eligibility and treatment decision. State availability follows current regulations, and those rules change.
Research use only (RUO) products are not for human consumption. Medications are billed per order. Results vary. No income or health outcome is guaranteed. Full terms are in your enrollment agreement.
